PORCHED TERMS OF USE

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Porched mobile application, website, and all related services.

Porched is operated by Inventuna.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Porched, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

3. Description of Service

Porched provides:

• •Reading and listening experiences
• •Podcast and audio content
• •User document uploads and AI summarization

All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Porched does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

4. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate account information

• •Account security is the user's responsibility
• •Porched may suspend or terminate accounts in case of suspicious or unlawful activity

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

• •Abuse or misuse the Services
• •Copy, scrape, or redistribute content
• •Reverse engineer or interfere with the system
• •Use automated tools without authorization
• •Use Porched for unlawful purposes

6. User Uploaded Content

Users may upload documents such as PDF files for summarization.

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• •The content does not violate intellectual property, privacy, or confidentiality rights
• •The content is lawful and non harmful

Users retain ownership of uploaded documents. By uploading content, you grant Porched a limited, non exclusive, royalty free license to process the content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

7. AI Generated Content Disclaimer

AI generated summaries and outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. Porched does not guarantee accuracy or completeness.

Users are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

All Porched software, systems, designs, AI outputs, and platform content are owned by Porched or its licensors.

Users are granted a limited, non transferable license for personal, non commercial use only.

9. Payments and Subscriptions

Porched operates on an auto renewing subscription model

• •Subscription management is handled through the platform of purchase
• •Cancellation is the user's responsibility
• •Deleting the app does not cancel subscriptions
• •Prices may change with prior notice

Refunds are governed by Apple App Store and Google Play policies.

10. Termination

Porched may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Users may terminate their account at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Porched shall not be liable for:

• •Indirect or consequential damages
• •Data loss
• •Service interruptions

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Porched in the preceding 12 months.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable consumer protection laws, including Turkish law and mandatory EU consumer regulations where applicable.
